No matter what your experience and ability, I will help you get fitter and stronger – lose bodyfat and look good – with a personalised exercise programme.

Chat over text, email, phone or video call. Let’s discuss what you want to achieve and we can talk about how to get you there.

Step 2. Training options

Discuss what options suit you best: a personalised exercise programme – a diet & nutrition programme – or a combination of both.

You can train in-person or online – or a mixture of both – at any suitable location.

Step 3. Fitness assessment

A few simple exercises to establish your health & fitness starting point, against which your progress can be measured to guarantee results.

GOLD package – 12 weeks
  • 36 x 1hr personal training sessions (x3 per week for 12 weeks)
  • Full 12-week personalised exercise programme (inc. daily routines)
  • Personalised diet & nutrition advice
  • Weekly check-in and motivational support discussions
  • End-of-month progress analysis & bioelectrical impedance analysis
  • Email / Text message support
  • £350 per month for 3 months
SILVER package – 12 weeks
  • 24 x 1hr personal training sessions (x2 per week for 12 weeks)
  • Full 12-week personalised exercise programme (inc. daily routines)
  • Weekly check-in and motivational support discussions
  • End-of-month progress analysis & bioelectrical impedance analysis
  • Email / Text message support
  • £250 per month for 3 months
BRONZE package – 12 weeks
  • 12 x 1hr personal training sessions (x1 per week for 12 weeks)
  • Full 12-week personalised exercise programme (inc. daily routines)
  • Weekly check-in and motivational support discussions
  • End-of-month progress assessments
  • Email / Text message support
  • £100 per month for 3 months

£35 pay-as-you-go 1hr sessions on an ad hoc basis for those with busy diaries!

As a Nutrition & Weight Mangement Adviser, I design personalised diet & nutrition plans for weight loss, health & wellness and sports performance.

Choose a plan to suit you! This will ensure you get the most from your 1-to-1 sessions and ongoing diet & nutrition plan.
