1-to-1 Personal Training

I design personalised exercise programmes for all levels of experience and ability. I bring the equipment to you, at a location of your choice!

Step 1. Free initial consultation

Discuss your personal goals, likes and dislikes, in order to help plan a fun, enjoyable and effective programme.

The aim is to help you build and maintain a healthy body and lifestyle that you can carry on into the future.

Step 2. Training options

Choose a training frequency & type to suit you, whether in-person or online, or a mixture of both.

I’ll ensure you get the most from your 1-to-1 sessions and ongoing exercise plan.

Step 3. Fitness assessment

A few simple exercises to establish your health & fitness starting point, against which your progress can be measured.

We then set out realistic and achievable goals in-line with your interests.

GOLD package – 12 weeks
  • 36 x 1hr personal training sessions (x3 per week for 12 weeks)
  • Full 12-week personalised exercise programme (inc. daily routines)
  • Personalised diet & nutrition advice
  • Weekly check-in and motivational support discussions
  • End-of-month progress assessments & bioelectrical impedance analysis
  • Email / WhatsApp / Signal / Telegram support
  • £400 per month for 3 months
SILVER package – 12 weeks
  • 24 x 1hr personal training sessions (x2 per week for 12 weeks)
  • Full 12-week personalised exercise programme (inc. daily routines)
  • Weekly check-in and motivational support discussions
  • End-of-month progress assessments & bioelectrical impedance analysis
  • Email / WhatsApp / Signal / Telegram support
  • £325 per month for 3 months
BRONZE package – 12 weeks
  • 12 x 1hr personal training sessions (x1 per week for 12 weeks)
