Barnaby’s classes got me out of a real rut in terms of my training and general fitness. His emphasis on building and maintaining strength completely changed how I viewed my running goals, and he made sure I knew how to identify weak muscle areas as well as how to stretch and recover properly.

On top of this, he’s incredibly fun to train with and seems to have a sixth sense for when to send a motivating text encouraging you not to skip that run, stretch, or training session.

I can’t recommend him highly enough if you want both to improve your fitness and learn more about how to stay strong and take care of your body.
